As part of its catalog of applications, Xiaomi has added Mi Health, a health measurement app it hopes will replace the well-known Mi Fit and which Chinese ROM users, and therefore Chinese Xiaomi devices, are already able to use.

Mi Health is different from Mi Fit, which requires a compatible accessory to be used as a Mi Band 4. As with Google Fit, it uses the sensors within the mobile device to track steps taken, distance traveled, calories burned, sleep schedules, and even manage menstrual cycles for women.
You can also set sports activity goals and it displays statistics and activity graphs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Additionally, it provides a health score based on steps, sleep hours, and body mass index (BMI). The health score is a clear indication of our health status. Mi Health is Xiaomi's user-friendly fitness software bundle. Among the features associated with this free mobile application are counting the number of steps taken over a given period of time, assessing the number of hours you sleep each night, and calculating your body mass index (BMI). Additionally, it is possible to set personalized exercise goals.
