How to Get Started
- A new Web portal will be launched at www.sabcplus.com
- The SABC+ website (PC, Mac, and iOS users) or the SABC+ Android application can be used to register.
- As part of the sign-up process, you will create a username and password. Using this username (mobile number) and password, you will be able to log in at any time. Your username (mobile number) and password will be the same for all devices, regardless of which device you signed up with.
- You will receive a welcome SMS to the cell phone number provided during registration explaining how to access all the exciting content on SABC+.
- You can view your content on a variety of devices by downloading the SABC+ application. Below are instructions for iOS, Android, and Smart TV devices.
- You can browse our catalog and begin streaming once you have downloaded the app to your device.
Payment options for SABC+ AMP
- Subscriptions to SABC+ AMP are available on a daily, weekend, weekly, and monthly basis, allowing you to choose the payment option that suits you best.
- You can select your preferred AMP payment option on the Subscribe page, enter your payment information, and start watching immediately. Please complete all package choices and transactions on the SABC+ website before viewing them on the app for iOS users.
- From the time of purchase, AMP Daily is valid for 24 hours
- AMP Weekend is accessible from Friday 12 noon to Sunday 12 midnight. In the case of a subscription purchased on any day before Friday, it will only be active from the time specified.
- The AMP Weekly subscription is valid for seven days from the date of purchase.
- The AMP Monthly package is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Payment options (Telkom Charge to Bill and Telkom Airtime) are recurring until a customer opts out (See section 3.1.2).
