Zip code Search
Prefecture names and keywords can be used to search for zip codes.
Zip codes can also be used to find an address.
You can save frequently used zip code data as favorites, or copy the searched zip code and address.
Price calculation
It is possible to calculate the basic charge and the charge when using optional services (excluding some) for postcards/letters, Yu-Pack, and Yu-Mail.
- The optional service to be selected can be changed by tapping each button of the input item.
- You will be taken to the calculation screen for general Yu-Pack, weight Yu-Pack, airport Yu-Pack, golf Yu-Pack, ski Yu-Pack, and chilled Yu-Pack by selecting the type of Yu-Pack.
- There is no support for calculating charges for international mail.
Check the delivery time
It will be checked how long it will take for the mail to arrive.
- The delivery of items that cannot be determined to be dangerous goods or suspected to be dangerous goods may be delayed.
- Senders and destinations on remote islands may take longer (hours) than search results.
- We may temporarily have a delivery margin of about one day for heavy items when usage is concentrated, such as when shipping special products.
- For business establishments, it does not support searching by individual postal codes.

Postal tracking service

As the system and communication environment influence the reflection of tracking information, there may be a delay.
- EMS, international parcels, international registered mail, and insurance are being trialed in some countries/regions.
- In the case of international mail, the tracking period is about 13 months after the mail is handled.
- The postal service does not handle "postcards/envelopes" of ordinary mail.
Address label creation service
You can easily create address labels for Yu-Pack and Yu-Packet using this service.
At the post office, you can print the address label and attach it on the spot by entering the address and scanning the 2D code created by the app.
