For HTPCs (Home theater PCs), Kodi® media center is an award-winning free and open-source software media player and entertainment hub. The device has a 10-foot user interface designed to be used as a media player in the living room, using a remote control as its primary input. Through its graphical user interface (GUI), the user can easily browse and view videos, photos, podcasts, and music from a hard drive, optical disc, local network, and the internet.
Kodi's official version does not contain any content. In other words, you should provide your own content from a local or remote storage location, DVD, Blu-ray or other media carrier. Also, Kodi allows you to install third-party plugins that provide access to free content available on the official content provider's website. Team Kodi does not endorse or approve any other means of watching illegal content that would otherwise require payment.
The Estuary skin is designed to be fast and easy to use.
Kodi is no longer designed or recommended for use with small phones or tablets. With Estouchy, Kodi is optimized to work with larger 5" or up phones and tablets.
