EndeavorRx is the first and only FDA-approved video game treatment for kids 8-12 with ADHD. To access treatment in the game, your child must have a prescription from a healthcare professional. Our pharmacy partner, PhilRx, will send you an activation code if you receive a prescription for EndeavorRx.
The EndeavorRx game was created by world-class neuroscientists and award-winning game designers to challenge and target areas of the brain that play a key role in attention.
The goal of the game is to guide your child's character through courses while collecting targets and avoiding obstacles. While they build their very own universe, they chase mystic creatures and race through different worlds, using boosts to solve problems in real-time.
The official EndeavorRx companion app for parents: EndeavorRx Insight®. With this free app, you can get a daily snapshot of your child's in-game mission completion and effort score as part of their EndeavorRx treatment. Now you can download it from the app store!
As measured by computer-based testing, EndeavorRx improves attention function in children ages 8-12 years old with primarily inattentive or combined-type ADHD, who have demonstrated attention issues. EndeavorRx patients display improvements in sustained and selective attention on a digitally assessed measure (Test of Variables of Attention, T.O.V.A.®). However, they may not exhibit improvements in typical behavioral symptoms, such as hyperactivity. In addition to clinician-directed therapy, medication, and/or educational programs that further address symptoms of the disorder, EndeavorRx can be used as part of a therapeutic program. Your child's medication should not be substituted for this product, nor is it intended as a stand-alone therapeutic.
Your child's healthcare professional must write a prescription for EndeavorRx. Before using EndeavorRx, consult your child's healthcare professional and review the Instructions for Use for important indications, safety, and cautions.
EndeavorRx should be played for approximately 25 minutes a day, five days a week for at least four consecutive weeks or as directed by your child's healthcare professional. Depending on your child's healthcare professional, additional treatment may be necessary after the 4-week treatment period.
Please contact your child's healthcare professional if your child experiences any side effects while playing EndeavorRx (such as frustration, headache, dizziness, emotional reaction, nausea, or aggression).
Parents should consult their child's healthcare provider if their child has photo-sensitive epilepsy, color blindness, or physical limitations that restrict the use of a mobile device.
